I was so excited to find this recipe. I have been searching for something easy, yet good and feeds that sugar craving that I have with something healthier.
Do you have any recipes that you like that are gluten free, please share.
Gluten/Dairy free Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
Mix well. Place spoonful on a cookie sheet. Dip a fork into a little extra sugar and press into cookie, criss cross with fork. Bake at 350 for about 9 minutes. Place chocolate chip in center if desired, or Hershey kiss. Enjoy!
I had never tried coconut sugar, but as I did some research I found that it was better for you. Recommended by Dr. Oz, and was less likely to affect blood sugar. I was really excited so I ordered some – see the link below.
